I would of been better with a different breakfast setup, same thing all the time!

Good location, they ask to much for the rooms, not very clean and noisy. They don't even rent safety box.

It was really good for me, cause I could get, asking to the staff, all the information about directions, public transport, stores close to the hotel, etc. It also has maps and guides available at front desk and a cafeteria just at the next door. ...read more

Friendly quaint hotel in the Marina District of San Francisco. Close to major attractions and located in a safe neighborhood. Despite rooms being small and lack of parking, the hotel staff is friendly and architecture is charming. Great location. Easy to get to from the airport by taxi or public transportation. The rooms are as they are shown on the hotel's web site. The food is very good. Customer service is excellent.

Looks very nice from the outside and entrance lounge, but room was not clean, small bed, little space in the room, no AC and too expensive for the type of hotel.

Convenient, clean, friendly, moderately priced for S.F., adequate but not luxurious, a good value with no negative surprises.
